In case of illness or injury, you are kindly requested to inform the Reception, doctor and your insurance company as soon as possible about the incident. Any claims made at a later time could end up being disputed and neither the hotel nor the agency can be considered liable.

Taxis can also be booked at the Reception. It only takes 10 minutes for a taxi to get here, and the charge depends on the destination.

Reception
We would like to inform our guests that the Reception is at your disposal at all times. If you wish to contact us, please dial the number “9” on the phone located in your room. In case you would like to dial an external line, please call the Reception beforehand.
Check out Procedure
Check out time has been changed to 11:00am in compliance with the health and safety protocols. The Housekeeping department will require more time to scholastically prepare the rooms for the arriving guests, following these protocols.
Late Check Out
In the event you would like to keep your room longer on the day of your departure, please inform the Reception. Confirmation will be given up to 3 days prior to your departure. The supplement for the Late Check Out is:

35€ until 18:00
Room Air–conditioning
Air-conditioning is a paid service in our hotel. If you would like to avail of this service, please do so at the Reception. The fee for this service is:
60 € for one week
120€ for two weeks
Due to environmental standards, the air-conditioner is set between 24ᵒC and 27ᵒC by the manufacturer. Please take into consideration that setting the thermostat below these temperatures will increase the workload as well as the energy consumption of the air-conditioner, significantly.

Upgrading to “Bed and Breakfast”, or “Half Board” basis is available at the Reception Desk.
Food Allergies
If there are any dietary requirements or food allergies we should know of, please inform the Reception immediately, so they can in turn notify the Chef to cater to your needs.
Sunbeds
Sunbeds are free to use and available around the pool area for all hotel guests. In order to accommodate all of our guests’ wishes, we kindly ask you not to occupy the sunbeds with beach towels when not using them.
Pool use is available from 08:00-20:00. Swimming is not allowed outside these hours, for maintenance reasons.
Housekeeping
In order to comply with the new health and safety protocols, Housekeeping will continue to clean and sanitize all the guest rooms on a daily basis
Expect Sundays.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not allowed in all of the hotel’s indoor areas, including the rooms.
Safe Box
Every room is equipped with a free to use safe box, accompanied with instructions on how to set up a password. Please use it to store your valuables, as the hotel will not be considered liable for any lost objects.
TV
There’s a satellite TV in all rooms. Please consider your neighboring rooms when adjusting the volume.
Maintenance
If any faults occur within your room, please inform the Reception which will dispatch the maintenance team as soon as possible. Depending on the importance of the issue, repairs might take slightly longer.
